Jam'in Jette

The Jam'in Jette returns for its 11th edition on May 19 and 20, 2023!

Jam'in Jette Festival is a multicultural festival of world music and arts that takes place every year in May in the park of La Jeunesse in Jette, a suburb of Brussels. The festival showcases diverse and eclectic musical acts from Africa and beyond, such as afrobeat, reggae, soukous, hip hop and more. The festival also offers a variety of artistic activities for all ages, such as street arts, creative and participatory workshops, circus, dance and games. Jam'in Jette Festival is a free and family-friendly event that celebrates diversity, solidarity and creativity in a festive and friendly atmosphere.

Music (2 stages + DJ set), children's activities, circus, a solidarity village, a craft village and many other things!

 

PARKING

  • Special shuttle buses: The Jam’in Jette is setting up a system of special shuttle buses for the return of festival-goers at the end of the festival. Departures are scheduled from 12:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday to allow you to return home with complete peace of mind. Departure every 30 minutes from the “Jam’in Jette” stop, at the main entrance of the Youth Park to the central station to join the Noctis network.
  • By bike: Nothing better than going to the Jam’in Jette festival by bike. The Jette Youth Park is very easily accessible to cyclists. The Brussels green promenade also passes through the Parc de la Jeunesse. The opportunity to stop at Jam'in Jette for a concert, a drink, a meeting. Three bicycle parking lots are provided at the festival entrances to leave your bike but don't forget to come with your padlock.
  • By car: Exit 9 of the West ring (Jette). Go down Avenue de l’Exposition Universelle to the crossroads of the old barrier. Take Rue Bonaventure on the left and continue straight until the next roundabout. Turn right onto avenue du Sacré Cœur. The park is 300 meters further on. Jam’in Jette signs are in place to the Parc de la Jeunesse. Of course, parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility will be made available.
