Who We Are: Discover Badaboo
At Badaboo, we aim to simplify and enrich the journeys of adventurous parents and their children. Created in 2022 by Renata, a fearless and adventurous solo mother, our platform was born out of her personal experiences with her lovely daughter, Liz.
Renata is a passionate traveler who has visited over 110 countries! When she started traveling with her daughter at six months old, she recognized the challenge of finding comprehensive information about child-friendly locations.
Despite a lot of information being available online, it is often spread across several sources and presented in a non-structured way or many times incomplete, making the task of finding leisure activities for kids very time-consuming.
From stroller accessibility to details about playgrounds and amenities, the lack of centralized resources was evident. A series of frustrating events, such as accessibility problems on the beautiful beaches of Sardinia in Italy or long walks to playgrounds in Belgium that were not suitable for her child’s age, inspired the creation of a comprehensive solution.
