To make this possible, we’ve created tailored templates for each group of activities, ensuring you answer all the questions parents have when planning their day of fun. We then convert this information into data, allowing parents to execute fast and accurate searches, providing them with ALL the information they need to avoid any confusion or missing details.
Adding Your Listing
At Badaboo, we make it incredibly easy for you to add your activities and spaces to our platform. Here’s how you can do it in just a few simple steps:
Step 1: Click “Add Listing”
To begin, locate the “Add Listing” button. On a desktop, you’ll find this button prominently displayed at the top right corner of the Badaboo website. If you’re using a mobile device, simply navigate to the top left corner of the screen and tap on the last option in our menu.
Step 2: Choose Your Activity Group
Next, decide which activity group your listing belongs to. We have a variety of categories to fit your needs, ensuring that your listing is seen by the right audience. Below, you’ll find the listing groups and their respective categories:
Playgorunds: outdoor, indoor
Places: museums, amusement parks, & water parks, restaurants, playing fountains, swimming pools, toy libraries, farms & zoos & aquariums
Temporary: events, workshops, attractions, shows, theater, cinema
Nature: lakes and rivers, beaches, waterfalls, parks & forests, provincial domains
Birthdays: venues, animators, cake, catering, decoration
Stages: vacation camps
Activities: extracurricular

We have three different packages available, each with unique features and pricing to fit every budget. Choose the package that best suits your needs and get started today.
Step 4: Fill in the Details
Once you’ve selected your activity group, you’ll be guided through a straightforward process to enter all the essential details about your activity or space. Provide a compelling description, upload good-quality images, and set your pricing and availability.
Note: Not all fields are applicable to every category. Fill them in according to your specificities. That said, the more information you add precisely, the higher your chances of being discovered by families.
Each listing on Badaboo has a consistent layout across the various categories. The contents may differ to make the categories well-suited for the relevant information.

After publishing a listing, your name will appear in the author’s section, allowing customers to check your profile with all your listings.
Step 5: Submit for Review
Before your listing goes live, take a moment to review all the details you’ve entered. Make sure everything is accurate and appealing to potential customers. When you’re ready, click the “Submit for Review” button. Our team will then verify your information and publish your listing within 24 hours.
Note: If you want to add NEW similar listings you can simply duplicate an existing one and update only the necessary.
Get Discovered
Once your profile and activities are set up, parents can find you through our intuitive search features. Our platform’s dynamic map and filters make it easy for them to locate and choose your services.
Our platform is more than just a list of locations; it’s an intelligent tool that enables parents to find exactly what they desire.
Customers can preview cards, which assess key information at a glance without reading long texts. It’s an easy way to make your listing stand out!
Advanced filters enable customers to search based on any criteria like age, location, category, parking type, duration, food options, facilities, and many more.
We also offer filtering precisely by age, sorting, and comparing listings side by side. Your listings won’t go unnoticed!
An interactive map and instant directions will help customers get to the place smoothly and without frustration.
Monitor Your Performance
Use our user-friendly dashboard to track visits, interactions, and bookings. Gain valuable insights into how your activities are performing and adjust your offerings accordingly.
Owner-based accounts have access to their listings dashboards. This includes the number of views, visits chart, countries, referrers, and other statistics (devices, platforms, browsers).
The dashboard gives you insight into the details of the visits and the popularity of your listings overall or each by each. In the future, you can promote your listings by knowing the statistics.
You can also manage and edit all your listings in your account quickly and effortlessly.
Update Anytime
Keep your information fresh and relevant. Our platform allows you to update your activity details whenever needed, without requiring any technical expertise.
