The playground is located inside a shopping gallery. There is an elevator to reach the playground entrance, but inside the space there are two floors and a lower level. There’s a flight of stairs between the floors and a few steps leading to a slightly lower area. It’s easy to get in with a stroller, but once inside, it’s best to leave the stroller in a corner and move around without it.

CityKids offers seven themed birthday rooms for private parties.
