WELCOME TO TAP & CLAP

A music program in Brussels for children ages 0-6 that will inspire you to sing, dance, and simply enjoy music. During the weekly 45-minute classes, both parents and children will be encouraged to jam, create new lyrics, and use child-friendly instruments.

MUSIC FOR KIDS AND PARENTS

At Tap & Clap we introduce children to the wondrous world of music. But it’s not just for kids – whether 9 weeks or 99 years, everyone is a participant!

At Tap & Clap, we love all good music. Here you and your child will be drumming, singing and moving to music from Brahms to Billie Eilish, from Louis Armstrong to Avicii.

No pressure, no homework – you will have fun at Tap & Clap! Those 45 minutes will fly by in no time, and you will always look forward to more classes and activities.

MUSIC CLASSES FOR DIFFERENT AGES

  • Next Step (ages 3-6) without parents

All classes are limited to no more than 10 children. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

WINTER TERM 2026 COMING SOON!

Winter Term 2026 will include 11 sessions, starting January 7th and ending March 29th, with Carnival break during Feb 16th – 22nd.

Select the class you’d like to register and follow the prompts. If you’re registering 2 or more children, register each child separately — so long as you use the same email, you will see the 30% discount applied on the additional registrations. There is no fee for infants up to 7 months old at the start of the term (i.e. born June 2025 or later) who are accompanying an older child.

Payment can be made online or via bank transfer, but must be completed within 5 days of registration to guarantee your spot. If you have any questions, please contact me using any of the links at the bottom of the page.

The instructor, Margarita, has been teaching music to families from all over the world for more than ten years. Her work is shaped by twenty years of formal musical training and inspired by her sixteen years as a mother to three wonderful children. As a certified Music Together teacher, she was part of the successful Brussels music school DingDong, where she worked from 2012 to 2020. In addition to her musical background, Margarita also spent five years working as a certified Montessori preschool teacher.

There is free 2-hour public parking nearby, multiple public transit options, including Bus 34, Tram 8, and Metro 5, and several bike trails.

You can leave your stroller in the hall.
