EASTER EGGS 1

The Toy Library of Community Center Crousse is hosting a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Activities event for kids from 3 years old. 

Children can unleash their creativity with a “wood chip flower” creation. They’ll love getting their hands dirty and crafting a beautiful springtime masterpiece.

They also get to learn the fascinating art of working with sheep’s wool! The Ferme d’Anjou will be leading a “wool” activity where children can explore carding, spinning, and felting techniques.
This will be an opportunity for you and your family to discover the joys of parent/child bonding. Do not hesitate to push the door open… A playful world awaits you.

Hop into the Easter spirit with this delightful Easter-themed cooking workshop!
Kids can dive into the world of Easter treats getting hands-on experience creating delicious Easter-themed goodies while also immersing themselves in the Portuguese language.

The workshop happens in 3 different cities:
Leuven: Wed, 27-mar-24
Ghent: Sat, 30-mar-24
Brussels: Sun, 07-apr-24

Don’t miss the special performance by the celebrated children’s musical group “Les Déménageurs” in Herve. After 20 years of success, they’ll be drawing the curtain on their remarkable career. Join for an unforgettable show that promises to delight audiences of all ages!

This is part of the program for the Hervé Cavalcade, which takes place on the 1st of April (see details below).

Solo Moms can enjoy a dedicated event and let their kids explore the excitement of the Easter Egg Hunt at the enchanting Jardin du Mona, nestled in the heart of Brussels. Hosted by Soul Glow ASBL and supported by the King Baudouin Foundation and Toestand, this monoparental family-friendly event promises joy and laughter. Delight in the thrill of searching for hidden treasures amidst the picturesque gardens. 

They offer three different schedules for the children according to the age:

  • 1-3 years old: 11:30 – 11:50
  • 4-7 years old: 11:50 – 12:10
  • 8-12 years old: 12:10 – 12:30

Note: Each child must be accompanied and will remain under the responsibility of an adult. Take with your basket to find the chocolate eggs.

The youth service, in collaboration with “La Maison du Blankedelle bring a fun-filled family activity in Auderghem

Egg Hunt (14:00 – 16:00): Grab your basket and join the exciting Easter egg hunt and see how many delicious chocolate treasures your little ones can find.

Non-Stop Fun (14:00 – 17:00): Entertain the little ones with delightful activities, like face painting, duck fishing, and enchanting soap bubbles!

Magical Finale (16:00): The day wraps up with a delightful magic show for both children and parents. Prepare to be amazed and create lasting memories together!

The Schaerbeek Municipality invites children aged 2 to 12 and their parents to its annual Easter egg hunt at Josaphat Park. This year, they’re pulling out all the stops with a range of activities including crafts, zumba, face painting, bouncy castles, and more.

Delicious treats will be available too! It’s a perfect opportunity for families to celebrate the arrival of spring together. 

Indulge in interactive chocolate tasting sessions and wander through beautiful gardens where hidden chocolate eggs await discovery. This family-friendly event offers activities for all ages; kids can have a blast with egg hunts, while adults can savor the delightful surroundings and learn more about chocolate. Take a step toward an egg-citing Easter experience!”

**A visit to the Gardens, chocolate tasting and all the other activities are included in one set price (on Sunday or Monday).

Immerse yourself in a timeless Easter tradition as they celebrated it more than 100 years ago. Witness the Easter sermon and announcements by the champetter, followed by an exciting Easter egg hunt through the captivating museum sections of Kempen, East Flanders, and West Flanders.

Discover hidden treasures, and delve into the art of coloring Easter eggs using traditional methods passed down through generations. To top it off, indulge in live music performances for a truly festive atmosphere.

Kids can also have a great time at the playground next door, which is freely available to the public every day, from 9:00 until sunset.

To experience a unique Easter celebration, explore the Cavalcade de Herve. Since 1867, this renowned event has showcased horse-drawn floats and cultural performances, highlighting Wallonia’s charm and diverse heritage.

The 146th edition of Cavalcade 2024 presents 23 floats, 4 equestrian groups, 5 folklore troupes, and 13 bands, featuring international acts like “Les Hussards de Budapest” and “07.2 Association martiniquaise”. With over 2500 participants, including 500 musicians and 150 horses, it promises a vibrant spectacle along a 3km route, complemented by a Luna Park and fireworks.

Shuttle buses are available from Battice highway exits for convenience.
