Everyone should be able to enjoy a challenging Sparkx day. As an inclusive park, SparkX tries to be as accessible as possible for all visitors.

People with disabilities enjoy a reduced rate (needed: a parking card for people with disabilities, European Disability Card, doctor's certificate, or Autipas). A companion for a wheelchair-dependent person can enter for free. Approximately 30% of the attractions are wheelchair accessible. You cannot yet reserve a wheelchair in the park. There are toilets for wheelchair users and a special shower room.

Not all parts of the park are equally accessible with a stroller. In that case, the employees are happy to help you.

One can take his guide dog to the park (more information at the reception).

It is cheaper to exercise on weekdays than on weekends or public holidays.

Age

Toddlers (under 4 years old) have free admission if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Please note that attractions for the little ones are limited.

SparkX offers four sports for little ones up to 2 years old: dancing, neo stadium, suspended nets, and multiball.

A responsible supervisor must accompany children under the age of 13. For the 13, 14, or 15-year-olds, there must also be a responsible supervisor present (they can wait in the reception area without a ticket until the young person has finished).
