For visitors in wheelchairs, the museum can be accessed by the Brasserie Horta (entrance by the doorway on the right of the main entrance). After crossing the Brasserie you will arrive at the central hall. There you can find an elevator on the right of the staircase, that will give you access to all museum floors.

We have adapted toilets on the ground floor and a wheelchair is also available for disabled visitors. To use the chair, please provide the reception with any form of ID.

Belgian Comic Strip Center

Located in the heart of Brussels, the Comics Art Museum has been honoring the creators and heroes of the 9th Art for more than 25 years. The regularly renewed permanent exhibitions and a diversified program of temporary exhibitions enable visitors to discover the countless aspects of cartoon strip.

Tintin and the Smurfs lead the way towards further adventures, an encounter with a world where creativity has no limits.

  - Monday the museum is closed.
  - Open on holidays except on 25/12 and on 01/01.
  - Closed from 15:00 on 24/12 (last tickets: 14:00).

BIRTHDAY

Saturdays and Sundays from 14:30 to 17:00 (booking required at least 3 weeks before). For children aged 7 to 11 years.

The party includes treasure hunt at the Center and a birthday cake in the brasserie.

Max. 10 children per party leader (up to 2 leaders can be booked).

The cost of €150,00 covers supervision of the children by the leader for a period of 2½ hours.

A parent must also accompany the group during the activities.

The group entrance fee of €4,00 per child and €9,00 per adult (free for two parents) is also payable, while the cost of the cake is €6,50 per person. It is also possible to organize a treasure hunt without birthday cake.
