The experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue, which makes it also accessible to deaf people.

There is no stroller parking, you have to take it along the tour, but it is smooth and with enough space. Only the pink ballons room has hand full of stairs, but you can leave the stroller outside.

The experience contains strobe lights, if strobe lights affect you, let the staff know upon arrival.
